Private parking, free of charge. Room with a bath. Good location near tram station to Venice. Peaceful and calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. Retro-style villa with a lovely garden. Free wifi. Italian style breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Affordable price.
Felt very lucky to have found it, no reason to complain.

It came as a surprise as I chose it because everything was full. What a marvelous surprise. In a very quiet garden, sophisticated interior design with old furniture, extremely clean and comfortable. A nice restaurant nearby. 10 min from the RR station by bus or tram.
Of course Mestre is from far not as romantic as Venice itself but the charm of the hotel is a good compensation.

I arrived at the hotel later than expected, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. They quickly arranged for someone to let me in and check me in. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Venice, with easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast, although simple, was sufficient for starting the day. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I had a pleasant stay at Villa Crispi and would recommend it.

Large confortable rooms, frendly and helpful staff. Gave us all the info we required busses etc. to get to and from Venice.
Continental breakfast, Rolls etc. were all lovely and fresh, but could have done with some cheese or ham to go with them.

Sandra was very welcoming and I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the family run hotel. Beautiful reception area and my bedroom was lovely. I felt very much at home with my own key. Perfect location to get into Venice - 10-15 minutes drive away and apparently the bus stop is around the corner and again it only takes around 15 minutes to get to the centre of Venice. Villa Crispi is perfect if you have your own lunch and dinner arrangements and just want to rest before wandering out again. Nice continental breakfast and great cappuccino!
It is not a criticism of Villa Crispi - I think this applies to all continental hotels with TVs, it would be great to have an English speaking channel and not just a news channel!

It was also in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for a restful stay. the rooms were clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms.
The breakfast timing was not suitable for early risers like myself. It started quite late at 8:30 am, which meant that I couldn't take advantage of it before heading out for the day.

Very cozy villa, very small, very quiet and very good located.
The staff is in the hotel very short time, but you can reach it by phone if needed. First booking for taxi was lost and the second was made for a wrong destination)) Need to be checked by client very damp. Second floor rooms are so-so, but the first floor are too damp and even has smell of mould. No hot water in the shower, just warm (again only for the first floor)

Great location! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy amazing meals without having to travel far.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The furniture looked worn and dirty, with stains on the couch, bed covers, and curtains.

Very handy for bus access into Venice. Owner gave us a map of Venice with a suggested itinerary over the 2 days we stayed which was very helpful and filled all our needs. Covered all the main tourist sights and more. Breakfast was very good.
